Bag Stuffing

What is Bag Stuffing?

Each DFEST Conference registrant is given a tote bag filled with promotional material and swag. DFEST volunteers and staff are the lucky folks who get to stuff those bags full of promotional materials, such as magazines, flyers, CDs, stickers and any other swag that our clients want to get out to the registrants.

Bag Stuffing is asked of all DFEST volunteers.

All volunteers - new, returning, Event and Music Production - are asked to take part. It will take place on Saturday, July 18, 2009, in the Tulsa Crowne Plaza hotel. We will try to start right at 1:00pm and end by 4:00pm.

In 2008, we stuffed a total of 1,000 bags in a little under 3 hours. We should be able to finish in the same amount of time. Wear comfortable shoes!
