Out of Town Volunteers
If you live outside of the surrounding Tulsa Metro Area, you may apply as an Out-of-Town volunteer.
We accept a limited number of out-of-town volunteers each year. You will still complete an online application, but you are not expected to attend the Volunteer Calls.
After filling out the online application, and making travel and lodging arrangements, you will need to contact a Volunteer Coordinator to get information about available Event crews. Out-of-town volunteers are not eligible for Music Production crews.
Out-of-town volunteers are responsible for all of their own travel and lodging arrangements, and must be in Tulsa by 6:00pm on Thursday, July 23, 2009.
The deadline for out-of-town volunteer applications is April 15, 2009. Complete applications must include travel and lodging arrangements.
