Requirements

Out-of-town volunteers (beyond the Tulsa Metro Area) must have their travel and lodging arrangements confirmed by a Volunteer Coordinator before they start creating a schedule. These volunteers are not eligible for Music Production crews.

Volunteers coming from out-of-town must plan to be in Tulsa no later than 6:00pm on Thursday, July 23, 2009.

You may leave as soon as your volunteer commitment is finished.

Please contact a Volunteer Coordinator when you have confirmed your travel and lodging arrangements and we will get you started on your scheduling. You will be responsible for contacting crew chiefs directly to request available shift times. We do not provide a schedule for you. 

The deadline for out-of-town applications (including schedule) is April 15, 2009.
